There are two ways to accept Bitcoin donations. One is the simple Bitcoin donation button, where the donor enters the amount themselve.
Then there is the multi-amount Bitcoin donation button. Here the donor has the option of choosing from suggested amounts or setting their own amount.
As the site operator, you can ask the donor for further information. For example, the name or email address of the donor or their address. This functionality is deactivated for the Bitcoin donation button.
In the Multi Amount Bitcoin Donation version, we have activated the request for further donor information.
